1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance (unless defective)

  • Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@jagrex.in with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, the product must be shipped back as per the instructions provided.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to product availability.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only size or color exchanges are allowed (same product).

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
